Steps
| Roast rice in a pan. While roasting, use chopsticks to stir rice so that it will not burn. Roast it until its color turns into yellow, then we turn off the stove. |
| Take the already roasted rice into a pot.
Pour 800 milliliters of hot water.
Pour non-sugar fresh milk into the pot. |
| Soak the mixture for 20 minutes. |
| Next, boil this mixture with a small flame until we see smoke coming from the surface and its surface has a few gentle bubbles. Remember that you should not boil the mixture with a large flame. |
| Turn off the stove. Then add condensed milk and sugar into the mixture and stir. You can also add more sugar depending on your taste. |
| Filter the mixture by a sieve to remove the rice. We just need the liquid. |
| Prepare some glass bottles. Wait for the milk to cool and then pour it into the bottles. Preserve them in the refrigerator. |
