Roast rice in a pan. While roasting, use chopsticks to stir rice so that it will not burn. Roast it until its color turns into yellow, then we turn off the stove.

Take the already roasted rice into a pot.
Pour 800 milliliters of hot water.
Pour non-sugar fresh milk into the pot.

Soak the mixture for 20 minutes.

Next, boil this mixture with a small flame until we see smoke coming from the surface and its surface has a few gentle bubbles. Remember that you should not boil the mixture with a large flame.

Turn off the stove. Then add condensed milk and sugar into the mixture and stir. You can also add more sugar depending on your taste.

Filter the mixture by a sieve to remove the rice. We just need the liquid.
