Boil the water in a pot and soak beef in the pot in about 30 seconds. Then take it out and cut it into medium pieces. Cut onion, ginger, and tomatoes into medium pieces. Wash the 2 hawthorns and remove their seeds. Also, wash white radishes and cut them into small pieces.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan, add chili sauce into the pan and stir. Next, add onion, ginger, and tomato pieces into the pan and stir-fry until they become soft.


Add beef pieces, red wine, soy sauce, and hawthorns into the pan. Pour water into the pan so that the water covers all of these ingredients. Then, stew the mixture in about 40 minutes. After that, add Daikon pieces and stew in 20 more minutes.


After that, take it out and enjoy.
