Wash shrimps. Next, soak ripe tamarind in the bowl of hot water in 15 minutes, then grind them. After that, we take the tamarind juice to pour into the bowl of shrimps.


Add sugar, and soy sauce and then mix all of them well. After 5 minutes, take the shrimps out. Then, heat up cooking oil and fry shrimps.


Next, pour the sauce mixture into the pan and continue to stir within 1 or 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas stove.


Take them out and put them onto a plate. Also, we can decorate the plate with herbs.
