Wash shrimps with cold water.
Soak ripe tamarind in the bowl of hot water in 15 minutes, then grind them.
After that, take the tamarind juice to pour into the bowl of shrimps.
Add sugar, and soy sauce and then mix all of them well. After 5 minutes, take the shrimps out. Then, heat up cooking oil and stir-fry the shrimps.
Next, pour the sauce mixture into the pan and continue to stir within 1 or 2 minutes.As the sauce now absorbs into the shrimps, turn off the gas stove.
Take them out and put them onto a plate. Decorate the plate with herbs or cucumber and enjoy.
