Saute diced onions, chopped garlic, and grated ginger in a large pot with olive oil over medium heat until onions become soft.

Add diced tomatoes, chickpeas, and sweet potato cubes. Then, reduce heat to low, and cook the mixture with vegetable broth for 35-40 minutes until the water boils. Next, add curry powder, smoked paprika, and chopped red chilli flakes, sweet potatoes become soft.

When the potatoes become soft, add chopped kale and cook them for about 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas stove.
