How to make potato egg rolls brings a new way to make rolls to us. Also, the ingredients are so simple that we can easily prepare and buy. Besides, it is suitable for those who love potatoes as we will enjoy a new taste of the combination of potatoes and eggs.

Peel potatoes and then scrape them. Then, soak them in fresh water in 10 minutes and then take them out.


Place them into a bowl, add pepper and salt, and then mix them well. Also, add the white of 2 chicken eggs into the bowl and mix them finely. Put the egg yolks into another bowl and stir them thoroughly.


Heat up cooking oil into a pan and take an amount of scraped potatoes into the pan as shown in the picture to fry. When one surface’s color becomes relatively brown, add a tablespoon of chicken egg yolk in the middle of the roll and turn it to fry the other surface.


Take them out and sprinkle chopped green onion.
