Peel onion, wash and then slice it. Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry onion. Then, add minced pork into the pan and continue to stir-fry. Next, add other ingredients including fish sauce, ½ of a tablespoon of soy sauce, and white sugar, and continue to stir-fry the mixture. After that, take it out. Mix chicken egg yolks with ½ of a tablespoon of soy sauce.


Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add half of the mixture of the chicken egg yolk into the pan. When the beneath surface is relatively cooked, turn it to fry the other surface. Add half of the mixture of the pork at step 1 on half of the surface of the fried egg and then turn the other half of the egg to cover the pork. Fry it in about 1 minute and then take it out.
