Peel onion, wash and then slice it. Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry onion. Then, add minced pork into the pan and continue to stir-fry. Next, add other ingredients including fish sauce, ½ of a tablespoon of soy sauce, and white sugar, and continue to stir-fry the mixture. After that, take it out. Mix chicken egg yolks with ½ of a tablespoon of soy sauce.
