Process the ingredients. Peel carrots, wash and dice them. Seed the waxy corns, soak them and wash them with peas. Also, dice the pork-pie and Chinese sausage. Next, fry a chicken egg and then dice it. Besides, peel shrimps, wash them to steam until they are cooked and then dice them.
