How to make miso is a Japanese recipe to give us with a tasty soup without much fat. Besides serving as a soup during our meal, it can be served as an appetizer before any meal. With simple ingredients and easy recipe, we can cook the dish anytime we want without time-consuming.

Wash tofu gently and then cut it into medium pieces. Also, stream off the roots of the straw mushrooms and wash them.

Cook chicken broth until it boils. Then, dissolve white miso paste with 1/2 of a small bowl of water and pour it into the pot of chicken broth.

When the broth boils again, add tofu. Then, add dry seaweed and mushrooms and cook them until the mixture boils. Also, add mirin and cook them finely. Remember to take the bubbles out when the mixture boils.

Take them out and sprinkle chopped green onion and have them served with cooked rice.
