Wash tofu gently and then cut it into medium pieces. Also, stream off the roots of the straw mushrooms and wash them.

Cook chicken broth until it boils. Then, dissolve white miso paste with 1/2 of a small bowl of water and pour it into the pot of chicken broth.

When the broth boils again, add tofu. Then, add dry seaweed and mushrooms and cook them until the mixture boils. Also, add mirin and cook them finely. Remember to take the bubbles out when the mixture boils.
