Peel mangoes and wash them. Cut them into medium and thick pieces. Then, soak them into limewater in 4 hours. After that, take them out.


Cook 1 tablespoon of alum with 2 liters of water in a pot to cook mangoes pieces in 2 minutes. Then, take them out and wash them with fresh water. Next, add them into a large pot and add 500 grams of sugar and mix them well. Let them overnight. After that, put the mixture into a large pan and stir them on a small fire until the sugar becomes condensed.


Turn off the gas stove and bake them in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius in 20 minutes. Next, take them out and enjoy.
