450 grams chicken fillet
½ of a bowl bread crumbs
1 ripe mango
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons broth mix
¾ of a small bowl whipping cream
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons Thai red curry
15 grams salt
10 grams pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Turn over the oven at 475 degrees F. Wash chicken fillet cut into medium pieces. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl, and then marinate them with fresh whipping cream for 30 minutes. In another bowl, add the bread crumbs, whole wheat flour, salt, and pepper to mix together.


Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the bowl of bread crumbs. Then put them on a tray. Next, spray or sprinkle olive oil on the chicken. Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake them for 10-12 minutes. Then turn the chicken pieces over and reduce the heat of the oven to 400 degrees F and bake 10-12 minutes.


While the chicken pieces are grilled, we make mango sauce. First, grind mango finely. Then, in a pan, mix the grounded mango, orange juice, soy sauce, Thai red curry, water, and broth mix and boil. Then, reduce heat and continue to cook for 5 more minutes until the sauce becomes viscous. Turn off the gas stove. We dot grilled chicken into this sauce.
