Cut lard into small chunk pieces and then mix them with 1 tablespoon of white sugar. Marinate the lard pieces within 30 minutes.
In the mean time, mince the beef and pork rolls finely.

Now, mix the marinated lard pieces with the minced pork rolls and beef, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, ½ of a tablespoon of broth mix, ½ of a tablespoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, and 1 tablespoon of chopped purple onion.

Wear plastic gloves to mix them well. Use the food wrapper to wrap the mixture and let it in the fridge in the cool compartment for 1 hour.
Next, put the mixture in a blender to grind it finely. Take a little of the mixture to roll around a lemongrass. Important note, remember to squeeze tightly. Continue to roll the meat around the lemongrass until the mixture runs out of.

Grill these meat rolls until the color of the surface turns to a dark brown color. Dip them into chili sauce to boost the flavors.
