5 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon pepper
½ of a bowl wheat flour
1 chicken egg
5 small bowls cooking oil
3 tablespoons ketchup
5 teaspoons rice syrup
½ of a teaspoon roasted sesame
1 teaspoon salt
½ of a small bowl cornstarch
30 grams rice flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
¼ of a small bowl satay chili paste
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Wash chicken thighs and put them in a large bowl. Next, add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ of a small bowl of cornstarch, ¼ of a bowl of wheat flour, ¼ of a bowl of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 chicken egg yolk into the bowl and mix them finely. Let them rest for 15 minutes.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and put these marinated chicken thighs into the pan to fry until their color turns brown-yellow.


Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in another pan and stir-fry chopped garlic. Then, add 1/3 of a bowl of ketchup, satay chili paste, and apple cider vinegar into the pan and cook within 7 minutes on a small fire to make the sauce. After that, add fried chicken thighs at step 2 into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce becomes a bit condensed. Turn off the gas stove.


Take these chicken thighs out and put them on a plate. Also, sprinkle some sesame onto the plate.
