Wash chicken thighs and put them in a large bowl. Next, add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ of a small bowl of cornstarch, ¼ of a bowl of wheat flour, ¼ of a bowl of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 chicken egg yolk into the bowl and mix them finely. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
