Steps
| Wash bovine tibia with fresh water and cut it into medium pieces. Then, boil a large pot of water and stew them with salt in about 20 minutes. When stewing, remember to remove the bubbles on the surface of the water. |
| Meanwhile, wash beef and cut it into medium pieces. Next, stir-fry chopped garlic in a pot and add beef to stir-fry in about 5 minutes. Pour the broth of bovine tibia at step 1 into the pot of beef and cook the pot on a medium fire. |
| When it boils, add wonton into the pot and cook. After that, add rice cake and continue to cook in 5 more minutes. Finally, when the soup boils, add seasoning to make it tasty. Then, turn off the gas stove and add chicken egg and pepper into the pot. |
