Wash bovine tibia with fresh water and cut it into medium pieces. Then, boil a large pot of water and stew them with salt in about 20 minutes. When stewing, remember to remove the bubbles on the surface of the water.
Meanwhile, wash beef and cut it into medium pieces. Next, stir-fry chopped garlic in a pot and add beef to stir-fry in about 5 minutes. Pour the broth of bovine tibia at step 1 into the pot of beef and cook the pot on a medium fire.
When it boils, add wonton into the pot and cook. After that, add rice cake and continue to cook in 5 more minutes. Finally, when the soup boils, add seasoning to make it tasty. Then, turn off the gas stove and add chicken egg and pepper into the pot.
Take the soup out and enjoy with our family.
