How to make Korean mixed noodles gives us a simple way to enjoy yummy noodles dish. Moreover, this dish brings us energy, fiber, and protein, which can be served as our breakfast. In addition, its nutrients will persuade anyone who wants to have a healthy diet.

Slice beef and marinate with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ of a tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of alcohol, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, chopped garlic, and pepper. Mix them well and put them in the fridge at the cooler. Wash red and green bell peppers and cut them into thin pieces. Next, peel the carrot and cut it into thin pieces. Also, cut the onion into medium pieces. Soak jelly mushrooms in warm water and then cut them into thin pieces. Cut shiitake mushrooms into a half.


Cut napa cabbage into medium pieces and then cook them. After that, take them out and wash gently with fresh water. Mix napa cabbage with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, ½ of a tablespoon of sugar, and ½ of a teaspoon of salt. Soak noodles in warm water in 5 minutes and wash them with fresh water gently. Beat chicken egg into a bowl and stir it finely. Then, fry it and cut it into thin pieces.


Make the sauce: mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of sesame oils finely. Cook the sauce until it boils and then turn off the gas stove.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry onion, bell peppers, and carrot to stir-fry, then place them on a plate. Then, add beef into the pan and pour the sauce to stir-fry. Next, add noodles to stir-fry and then add vegetables and stir-fry them well. Finally, add chicken egg pieces and stir them finely.


Take them out and enjoy.
