Mix napa cabbage with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, ½ of a tablespoon of sugar, and ½ of a teaspoon of salt. Soak noodles in warm water in 5 minutes and wash them with fresh water gently. Beat chicken egg into a bowl and stir it finely. Then, fry it and cut it into thin pieces. |

4 Done | Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry onion, bell peppers, and carrot to stir-fry, then place them on a plate. Then, add beef into the pan and pour the sauce to stir-fry. Next, add noodles to stir-fry and then add vegetables and stir-fry them well. Finally, add chicken egg pieces and stir them finely. |
