How to make Thai green curry is a special recipe of curry with a completely different taste. Normally, curry brings a yellow color; however, this curry is green! With the combination of vegetables and chicken, the dish is certainly delicious and brings us a harmonious savor.

Cook 60 milliliters of coconut milk until it boils. Then, add green curry powder and stir them continuously in 3 minutes.


Slice chicken and horn chilis and cut eggplants into small pieces. Add chicken into the pan and stir-fry them finely. Next, add fish sauce, and white sugar and stir-fry them well. Then, add eggplants, horn chilis and torn lemon leaves into the pan and cook them with the pan covered by its lid.


Also, add 240 milliliters of coconut milk, and 1/2 of a bowl of water and stir them well. After that, add basil and cook them in 5 minutes. Remember to stir them gently until all of the ingredients are cooked thoroughly.


Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
