Green mango salad is a yummy dish with different tastes, from sweet to a bit sour. Also, this dish is suitable for a meal with lots of meat dishes. Besides, it can replace vegetable in our meal in case we are a bit bored of vegetable.

Peel green mango and then cut it into thin and long pieces. Next, wash cilantro and cut them. Also, remove the peanut coat. Next, cut chili and purple onion into small pieces.


Add chili, purple onion, roasted peanuts, and dried shrimps into a large mortar to bray a bit finely. Then take the mixture out and place it into a large bowl.


Dissolve 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar into a bowl.


Finally, add green mango pieces at step 1 into the mixture at step 2 to mix. After that, pour the mixture of fish sauce at step 3 onto the bowl. Also, decorate the salad with cilantro and enjoy.
