Stream of roots of the shiitakes, brown Lingzhi mushrooms, straw mushrooms, and white Lingzhi mushrooms. Then wash them finely. Next, boil a pot of water and cook chopped ginger with all types of mushrooms to remove their taste. Take them out. Also, peel sweet potatoes and dice them. Next, dice King oyster mushrooms.

Heat up cooking oil and then stir-fry chopped allium porums. Next, add sweet potatoes and King oyster mushrooms and stir-fry them well. Also, add 1/2 of a tablespoon of seasoning to make them tasty.

Mix green curry powder, white sugar, coconut milk and 1.5 tablespoons of seasoning together.

Prepare a coconut. Place all of the stir-fried ingredients, sweet potatoes, King oyster mushrooms, and peas into the coconut. Then add the mixture of green curry powder and stir them gently. Finally, sprinkle sliced lemon leaves onto their surface.
