Fruit bread salad sounds like a winner to those on a diet! Not only is it a healthy recipe for breakfast but it also provides enough energy and nutrients throughout the day.



Wash peas and corn seeds. Then, cook them with fresh water and let them cool. Next, dice bell pepper, purple cabbage, and sandwich slices.


Beat chicken egg into a bowl and stir it finely. Add sandwich pieces into the bowl and roll them. After that, heat up cooking oil in a pan and fry sandwich pieces until their color becomes yellow.


Add all of the ingredients including peas, corn seeds, purple cabbage, and sandwich pieces into a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise sauce, and ½ of a teaspoon of salt and mix them well, and sprinkle roasted sesame. Finally, we have finished such a delicious salad dish.
