Wash pork and cut it into thin slices. Marinate them with salt. Next, cut ginger into thin pieces. Wash peas, and cook them. Take them out and set them aside. Peel carrot, dice it and also cook the carrot pieces.

Add cooked rice into a large bowl and add peas, and carrot pieces. Next, take a small amount of rice and roll it into a ball. Continue to make other rice balls.
