Fried rice roll with pork is a yummy dish for our family. Besides, it is easy to make it because the recipe and its ingredients are so simple. On busy days, the dish is a good choice for us to prepare for our family.

Wash pork and cut it into thin slices. Marinate them with salt. Next, cut ginger into thin pieces. Wash peas, and cook them. Take them out and set them aside. Peel carrot, dice it and also cook the carrot pieces.


Add cooked rice into a large bowl and add peas, and carrot pieces. Next, take a small amount of rice and roll it into a ball. Continue to make other rice balls. Take a slice of pork to roll surrounding each of the rice balls. After that, roll them into cornstarch. Next, dissolve honey into 10 milliliters of water.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan. When frying these rice balls in about 2 minutes, apply a layer of honey onto their surface and continue to fry them. Then, take them out and enjoy.
