Add dried shrimps into a bowl and pour warm water. Soak them in about 4 minutes and then take them out. Peel pumpkin, wash and cut it into small pieces. Also, wash shiitakes and slice them. Next, wash pork and cut it into small pieces. Then, marinate it with 2 grams of salt and 15 milliliters of oyster in 20 minutes.


Heat up cooking oil, add dried shrimps and shiitake into the pan to sit-fry them in 5 minutes. Then, add pumpkin pieces and pork and stir-fry them in 5 minutes. After that, add 3 grams of salt and pour 100 milliliters of water into the pan and continue to cook them in 4 minutes.
