Fried dumplings with red beans – Crispy and delicious for breakfast

Fried dumplings with red beans are a delicious dish for breakfast or even light meals. Instead of pork with mushrooms, the stuffing is red beans, which makes the taste different from the conventional ones. Moreover, the dumplings are very crispy as they are fried, making them much more special.

Sieve 220 grams of wheat flour and place it into the bowl. Add 2 grams of baking soda and 110 milliliters of water into the bowl and knead the dough. Then, let it rest in 30 minutes.


Knead the dough again and use a roller to roll it. Then, roll it as shown in the figure. Then, cut it into 9 medium pieces as shown in the picture and squeeze them gently.


Divide the red beans stuffing into nine balls. Then, put each stuffing into the middle of the dough. Then, cover the stuffing and squeeze it gently as shown in the figure.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until their color turns into yellow. Take them out and enjoy.
