How to make egg roll fried rice is a strange recipe for us to enjoy fried rice. Moreover, it is nutritious because it contains both proteins from eggs and chicken and fiber from peas and corn. Besides, this dish is also a great suggestion for our lunch on busy days.

Wash chicken thigh with salt and water. Then remove its bone to cut it into small pieces. Next, peel onion, and carrot and dice them. Also, wash shiitakes to remove their root and slice them.


Cook peas, corn seeds, and carrot. Take them out. Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped garlic. Next, add chicken, and shiitakes into the pan and stir-fry them finely. Then, add the vegetables and stir-fry.


After that, add ketchup, salt, and pepper into the pan and stir-fry them well. Then, add the bowl of rice into the pan and cook, and then take them out. Next, beat chicken eggs in a bowl and stir them well with fresh milk.


Fry the chicken egg mixture until one of its surface is cooked. Add the fried rice into ½ of the egg mixture and turn the left of the egg mixture to cover the fried rice. Turn down the fire and continue to fry in about 2 more minutes. Turn off the gas stove.
