1 Done | Wash chicken and cut it into medium pieces. Wash citronellas, chilis, and ginger. However, chop 2 citronellas, and 5 grams of ginger. For chilis, remove the seeds in 1 chili and chop it finely. Then, marinate the chicken pieces with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, chopped citronella, chopped ginger, and chopped chili in 30 minutes. |
2 Done | Chop 2 citronellas finely. Cut 1 citronella into long thin pieces and separate its leaves. Scrape the ginger and cut it into long thin pieces. Also, chop 2 chilis finely. Heat up 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and then stir-fry chili, ginger, and citronella until we smell their fragrance. After that, take a half of the mixture out and place it into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the pan and continue to stir quickly in 2 minutes. Then, turn off the gas stove. |
3 Done | Add the chicken pieces and the marinade into the pan and stir-fry with a large fire. When the water almost runs out of, add the bowl of the mixture at step 2, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water into the pan and continue to stir-fry with a small fire. When the water almost runs out of, taste the dish and add seasoning to make it tasty. Then, stew it in 5 more minutes and turn off the gas stove. Now, everything is ready for such a great meal.
