900 grams chicken meat
¾ of a bowl wheat flour
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate (MSG)
¼ of a bowl cornstarch
2 teaspoons onion powder

Chicken steak recipe includes steps similar to the beef steak recipe. Putting two kinds of steak side by side, the chicken pieces has its own edge by still remaining more of its tenderness and moisture. And what is more interesting is that outcomes will look quite the same. Chicken steak will thus be an idea alternative for those cannot eat or do not like beef.

Wash chicken clean, cut out the excess skin or fat (if any), and let it dry. Then cut it into 1-centimeter-thick pieces and flatten them with a steak hammer. Rub MSG onto both sides of the chicken meat, and pour fresh milk into the bowl containing them to marinate.


Next, mix garlic powder, onion powder, wheat flour, ground oregano, and paprika powder in a bowl. Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Then, dip each chicken piece into this bowl and then fry it (both sides) until the last piece. Each side will need about 2-3 minutes before flipping.


Place them on a plate and have them served with sauce.
