| Wash chicken clean, cut out the excess skin or fat (if any), and let it dry. Then cut it into 1-centimeter-thick pieces and flatten them with a steak hammer. Rub MSG onto both sides of the chicken meat, and pour fresh milk into the bowl containing them to marinate. |
