Chicken rolls with grilled vegetables are a mouthwatering side dish for a BBQ party with our family at weekends. Saying “No” to cooking oil, this dish is exceptionally good for our health, especially for those on a diet.

Wash chicken thighs and remove their bones yet not cut them. Then, marinate them with New Orleans seasoning, remember to squeeze them gently so that they can absorb the seasoning. Marinate them in 60 minutes.

Peel cucumbers and cut them into thin and long pieces. Also, cut bell pepper and carrots into thin and long pieces.

Place a large piece of the chicken thigh on a cutting board. Next, put cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper onto the chicken meat and roll it. Use the kitchen foil to hold it tightly. Continue to do with the other chicken thighs. Then, bake them in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius in 15 minutes.

Take them out and open the kitchen foil. Apply a layer of honey evenly onto the rolls and continue to bake them at 190 degrees Celsius in 10 more minutes.
