But in this recipe, we will have a twist to it by replacing coconut milk with peanut butter for a more flavorsome result. Let’s cook it and keep your guest craving for more.

Wash chicken fillet and dice them into medium pieces.
Next, mix wheat flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper into a large bowl, then add chicken pieces to mix them well.
Heat up cooking oil in a large pot.

Add chicken pieces to fry them until their cover turns into yellow, then take them out.
Add ginger, garlic, chili, and a bowl of chicken broth to cook in about 2 minutes. Remember to stir gently when cooking.

Stir peanut butter, sugar, and the left chicken broth in a large bowl and pour the mixture into the pot gradually and stir them well.
Add chicken pieces and simmer them in about 25 minutes until the sauce becomes relatively condensed.
Then, add condiments to make the sauce tasty. Turn off the gas stove and garnish chopped coriander.
