Wash chicken fillet and dice them into medium pieces. Next, mix wheat flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper into a large bowl, and then add chicken pieces to mix them well. Heat up cooking oil in a large pot.

Add chicken pieces to fry them until their cover turns into yellow. Take them out. Next, add ginger, garlic, chili, and a bowl of chicken broth to cook in about 2 minutes. Remember to stir gently during cooking.
