Wash chicken wings and put them in a large bowl. Next, add condiments including white alcohol, chopped garlic, a small amount of chopped ginger, and pepper to marinate them in 30 minutes. Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into medium pieces.

Make the sauce: add Jinganjang, sugar water, white alcohol, a small amount of chopped ginger, sesame oil, and roasted sesame into a bowl and mix them well.

Add chicken meat and sweet potatoes into a pot, and pour water to cook until the water boils. Then, pour the sauce at step 2 and chopped chilis into the pot and simmer them until the sauce almost runs out of. Add chopped green onion. After that, turn on the gas stove.
