Cooking with duck can be challenging, if you don’t treat it properly, chances are that the texture will turn dry and chewy. Mix chopped ginger with salt and rub on the duck meat.
Cut duck meat into medium pieces. Then marinate them with pepper, fish sauce, chopped garlic, chopped chili and lemongrass in 10 grams. Peel alligators and soak them with cold water in 10 minutes.
Wash taros and peel them.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and add duck meat to stir-fry. Next, add alligators, taros and 1 liter of water to cook until they become soft and savory.


Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
