Biryani beef rice is a mouth-watering Malaysian recipe for casual family get-togethers at weekends. The dish also includes lots of healthy nutrients for an energetic day at work. Wash beef and slice it into medium pieces. Next, marinate them with othẻt ingredients including salt, pepper, chopped coriander, dill powder, rice vinegar, and fresh milk in at least 2 hours.

Cut the onion into small pieces. Heat up cooking oil in a pan and then stir-fry onion and chopped ginger. After that, add beef and stir-fry finely. Cook them in about 30 minutes.

Turn on the stove at 180 degrees Celsius in 15 minutes in advance. Then, wash tomatoes and slice them. Next, wash rice and cover it with a cloth bag. Afterwards, place the bag in a pot and cook it with water, and salt thoroughly.

Wash lentils and fry them with a small amount of salt. Next, take them out and mix them with cooked rice.

Place the mixture of fried lentils and cooked rice in a baking tray. Then, put both tomato and fried beef slices onto the mixture. Finally, bake them in the oven about 30 minutes.
