Beef rolls with cabbage is an ideal recipe for family gatherings when all of the members can have a fun time “rolling” alongside one another. The juiciness and tenderness of the beef and the freshness of the cabbage bring about an irresistible appetizer for reunions and small parties.

Separate the leaves of the cabbage and wash them finely. Also, peel the potato and cut it into pieces.

Put beef into the bowl. Marinate it with 1gram of soy sauce, 1gram of salt, 1gram of pepper, 1gram of sugar for about 10 minutes.

Steam potato until it is cooked. Grind it finely and then add 1gram of salt and some pepper. Mix them well.

Soak cabbage leaves in the hot water for about 1 minute. Then take them out and spread them on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of ground potato and place the marinated beef and then roll it. Continue to do with the other cabbage leaves and beef.

Place the rolls onto a pot to steam them. Also, make the sauce: mix 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 4 grams of soy sauce, 4 grams of sugar, 1gram of salt and minced garlic. Stir them well and pour the mixture on the rolls and steam them.
