Separate the leaves of the cabbage and wash them finely. Also, peel the potato and cut it into pieces.


Put beef into the bowl. Marinate it with 1gram of soy sauce, 1gram of salt, 1gram of pepper, 1gram of sugar for about 10 minutes.
