300 grams beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon wheat flour
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon seasoning
2 bell peppers
10 grams pepper
1 ginger
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
½ of a teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cooking oil

How to make beef with black pepper is an easy recipe to bring us a yummy dish in just 40 minutes. Besides, the dish is so attractive that our family will certainly want to enjoy it more. Moreover, its sauce is very suitable to be served with bread or rice.

Wash beef, slice it and soak it in the warm water in 5 minutes. Next, sprinkle wheat flour and tapioca starch onto its surface and set it aside in 10 minutes.


Peel the onion and slice it. Also, wash bell peppers, remove their seeds and cut them into thin pieces.


Peel garlic cloves and cut them into small pieces. Next, peel ginger and cut it into thin and long pieces.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and fry the beef in 5 minutes.


Take the beef out and add ½ of the ginger, and ½ of the garlic to stir-fry. After that, add bell peppers, onion, ½ of a teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of seasoning to stir-fry in 5 minutes and take them out.


In another pan, stir-fry the left ginger and garlic with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Next, add beef, pepper, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster oil, 1 tablespoon of white sugar and simmer them for 3 minutes. Take them out and have them served with rice or bread.
