In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, baking powder, oatmeal, chicken egg yolk, white sugar, and non-sugar fresh milk until it becomes a smooth dough. Then wrap it with food wrapping paper and let it rest for 1 hour.


Divide the dough into small parts. Then, roll them into balls and wrap them with food wrapping paper and let them rest in 10 minutes.


Spread evenly a little amount of cooking oil in a pan and then place them in the pan. Squeeze them gently and bake them with a small fire. Bake until their color turns orange.


Take them out and enjoy.
